Module 2: Planning Your Garden

Before you start planting, it is important to make a plan for your garden. Think about how much space you have, how much sunlight the area receives each day, and what vegetables, herbs, or flowers you would like to grow.

As you plan, research which plants grow well together. You should also find out whether certain flowers can help protect your garden by attracting helpful insects or keeping pests away.
